Frequently Asked Questions
Q: when will we get our photos?
A: I'll deliver a few photos within 24-48 hours post wedding as I know you're anxious to 'gram. For engagements, photos are delivered within 2-4 weeks. For weddings, photos are delivered within 6-8 weeks.
Q: HOW DO YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOS?
A: I deliver your edited images through an online gallery, Pic-Time. You can easily share your gallery with friends, download all your favorite images and purchase prints and albums.
Q: how many images are included?
A: You can expect to receive around 50 hand-edited images per hour of coverage. Don't worry, I won't withhold any images I think you'll want.
Q: DO YOU GIVE US THE RAW PHOTOS?
A: I don't send any un-edited or raw files. Most of the magic happens during the editing process, so without that step your photos are only halfway done.
Q: how do we book you for our big day?
A: It would be such a joy to document your story! To book your date in my calendar, you sign a contract and provide a 20% deposit. From there we become friends and you finally know your story is in good hands!
